Some of them work only with the 64-bit version of the application. Which is not only a media player - please read carefully about the possibilities of its add-ons. MPC-HC is dead, hasn't been updated since 2017. who cares that the application weighs 200 MB and not 100 MB?!

I do the downloads frequently on a 64bit system, so if the download would follow the host system, then I would have all 64bit versions on my usb stick. Already with the Firefox, I have to delete the 64bit version on every update.

As I do not see any difference other then the 64 bit versions will not run on 32bit system I prefer to have all in 32bit version. I have some systems with 64 and some with 32 bit.
